We’ve debated before about whether or not giving your feet a good scrub while showering is required, but this is the first time we’ve actually reached out to you guys to find out who’s skipping this step. Turns out, 28% of you don’t consider it necessary to give your dogs a proper daily wash. Almost a further half of those decline to do it entirely, relying instead on the mix of soap and water already cascading down the body to get the job done.

Now, if you’re a woman reading this, you might be thinking, “Well…yeah, men are gross.” Or then again, you might not: We also surveyed women this time around, and the numbers were almost identical—in fact, 1% fewer women are washing their feet every time they shower, and an equal 12% refuse to ever wash them.

So, do you need to wash your feet? Come on…deep down, you know the answer. But just in case, here’s a whole article we wrote on why you should be keeping your danged feet clean.
